I've been going to Fulcrum for a few months now. I have received Botox, dysport, and facials in regards to services - all of which have been 10/10. Everyone from the front desk associates to the techs to the aestheticians to management has been so pleasant, informative and helpful whenever I come in + they do a great job in post-treatment check-in's which I really appreciate as a customer. She provided the best facial I have ever had and I left feeling relaxed and glowy. She was thorough in her process and listened to my skin concerns. Can’t wait for my next appointment. I had my first experience at Fulcrum this past weekend and it was amazing! The staff are so kind and welcoming, and the office is absolutely beautiful! I worked with Danielle for my first ever experience with Dysport and, not only was she so compassionate and helpful, but she also made the whole process incredibly easy and comfortable. I highly recommend both Fulcrum and Danielle!

I have been seeing Brittony for about 8 years now, so when she decided to open up Fulcrum, of course I followed her there as well. The first time I walked into Fulcrum, I was blown away!!! besides of the beautiful aesthetics, the front desk and entire staff was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and sweet! I was seen in one of the treatment rooms for a “prep” and then Brittony came in to do her magic. 10/10 experience! I go back for Botox touch-up every 4/6 months and honestly can not and will not even trust anyone else ♥️ if I could give it 10 stars I would!

When I inquired about a service for my 12 year old daughter who was bit by a dog on her face, Dr. Hill's staff responded promptly. We felt the compassion and concern right there. We were welcomed by a smiling staff. The clinic was very neat and tidy. Dr. Hill was very kind and pleasant. He did a CO2 Cool Peel and my daughter was very comfortable on both sessions. This place is amazing! From the aesthetic the moment you walk in to the friendly staff. Emilio was so wonderful to work with! He explained everything to me and what would work best for my face/skin. I flew from the UK to Chicago to have treatment with Britt. I’ve know Britt for some years as one of the best in the business. She is so thorough in her consultation, I felt in really safe hands, and despite having a combination of filler and sculptra it was extremely comfortable. I was delighted with the results. It’s difficult find a great injector she is one of the best. If I only lived closer; Dr Hill could sort my post baby flab and fix my eyelids 😆

I have been a patient of Brittony for a couple years now and have always loved everything she does, she is very skilled and has a natural approach that I personally love. Nurse practitioner Brittony and Dr Hill did it right! The space is just beautiful! The staff is top notch! A 5 star experience from the front door and back out! Emily did my facial today and my skin feels like it aged in reverse! She was also incredible intelligent when it came to explaining the different skin products and services that would suit my skin! Absolutely stunning, state of the art medical spa with the most professional, kind and caring staff you’ll ever find. I’ve been seeing Brittony for years and she is the absolute best in the business for Botox and I would never go anywhere else. She listens to exactly what you want and also has so much expertise because not only is she a trainer of other injectors but she is constantly educating herself. I’ve also seen Dani and Emily for facials and laser and they are absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable.

I recently got botox Fulcrum Aesthetics and had an amazing experience! The entire staff is so kind and attentive, which makes treatment a very comfortable experience. They were able to squeeze me in the same day due to some immediate concerns I was having. Chris did my botox, and I have only amazing things to say! He confidently listened to all of my concerns and was clearly very knowledgable on the entire process. I tend to be very picky on were I go for my treatments, and I definitely recommend going here!!

Dr. Hill and his team did a great job on my surgery. I got my breasts done a few months ago and they look EXACTLY how I wanted them!

In the surgery center, him & his team did a great job at keeping me calm (the actual procedure was the part I was worried most about). The healing process was minimal and Dr. Hill was available to answer any questions I had pre/post surgery. I would highly recommend!
