Can I cancel my membership?

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. However, if you choose to cancel during your commitment period, you will be required to pay the difference for any discounted services received during your enrollment. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice before the end of your commitment period if you wish to cancel.

What if I miss an appointment? Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, a non-refundable $150 fee applies for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. We recommend notifying us promptly to avoid any charges.

Can I combine membership perks with other promotions?

Membership perks cannot be combined with other Fulcrum promotional offers unless explicitly stated.
