Dr. David Hill, MD
Medical Director & Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Hill is a renowned plastic surgeon and the Medical Director of Fulcrum Aesthetics. With a deep commitment to combining the art of beauty with the science of medicine, Dr. Hill has built a reputation for delivering exceptional, natural-looking results. His journey into aesthetic surgery is marked by an impressive educational background, including dual residencies in both Plastic Surgery and General Surgery, a testament to his dedication to mastering his craft.
Dr. Hill’s approach is characterized by meticulous attention to detail and a genuine passion for patient care. He is known for his ability to blend technical precision with an artistic eye, ensuring that every patient’s unique beauty is enhanced in a way that looks both stunning and natural. Beyond his work in the operating room, Dr. Hill is also an innovator in the field, holding a patent for a unique surgical instrument and frequently sought after for his insights on operative efficiency and improved outcomes. When he’s not transforming lives through his surgical expertise, Dr. Hill enjoys spending time with his wife, Brittony, and their children, exploring the vibrant culture of Chicago, and indulging his love for the arts and film.
Brittony Croasdell MS, FNP-BC, APRN, CANS
Nurse Practitioner & Co-Owner
Meet Brittony, a driving force in Aesthetic Medicine and co-owner of Fulcrum Aesthetics. With a Master’s in Nursing from DePaul University and a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston, Brittony is renowned internationally for her expertise and innovation in the field. She’s a Full Practice Authority Nurse Practitioner, a published author, and a respected educator, with board certifications from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Brittony’s commitment to advancing aesthetic medicine is evident in her roles as a former Adjunct Professor at DePaul University and a Clinical Preceptor to Nurse Practitioner students. As a leading international trainer for Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) and Galderma Aesthetic Injector Network (GAIN), she shares her skills and knowledge with medical providers worldwide through her private training academy, CRUX. Brittony’s expertise in complication management has earned her a place on the board of the Complications in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative (CMAC), a global consortium focused on best practices in aesthetics. Outside of her professional life, Brittony is a passionate animal lover, a dedicated board member for PAWS in Chicago, and enjoys traveling the world with her husband, David, and their children. In her free time, she’s also nurturing her talents as an aspiring guitarist.
Lisa Hurley, FNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner & Wellness Specialist
Meet Lisa! With over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, Lisa has made a name for herself as a skilled and compassionate provider. Her journey began in emergency medicine, where she excelled in high-pressure situations. Over the years, she gained invaluable experience in urgent care, hospitalist care, and rheumatology, even serving as a Medical Director for a hospitalist program. A lifelong learner, Lisa is currently expanding her expertise in functional medicine, including hormone replacement therapy and medically assisted weight loss. Passionate about health and wellness, especially women's health, Lisa is thrilled to be joining Fulcrum and spearheading our wellness division. Beyond her work, Lisa is an animal lover with a passion for dog sledding, kayaking, and all things water-related.
Danielle Maltby, BSN, RN
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Danielle brings 17 years of nursing experience to Fulcrum Aesthetics, where she combines her expertise with a genuine passion for helping patients feel confident and empowered. Starting her career in Neonatal Intensive Care, Danielle discovered her love for aesthetic nursing while living in Nashville. She takes a multifaceted approach to skincare and aesthetic treatments, ensuring her patients feel safe and informed in their decisions. A mental health advocate and retired member of Bachelor Nation, Danielle is excited to bring her warmth and expertise to Chicago and looks forward to meeting you!
Chris Martindale, BSN, RN
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Chris is a military veteran and experienced nurse with a diverse background in healthcare, including work as a military medic, medical assistant, and nurse in the Emergency Department and Cardiac Cath Lab. Currently pursuing his Doctor of Nursing Practice at Duke University, Chris brings a holistic approach to patient care at Fulcrum Aesthetics. He is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their skin, integrating his love for health and wellness into every aspect of his practice. Outside of work, Chris enjoys traveling, yoga, and spending time with his boxer dog, Night.

Emilio is an aesthetic nurse injector who combines his advanced clinical skills with a deep commitment to enhancing his clients' confidence and well-being. With a background in cardiac intensive care, Emilio is dedicated to celebrating diversity and ensuring that every individual feels valued through personalized aesthetic treatments. He strives to make each experience not only effective but also fun and exciting, leaving clients feeling their best both inside and out. Emily is a seasoned medical aesthetician with over a decade of experience in the aesthetics industry. As a clinical laser specialist, she has traveled across the country to educate practices on laser physics. Now back in the treatment room, Emily’s passion lies in creating personalized treatment plans that meet each patient’s specific skincare goals. Whether it’s medical facials, chemical peels, or laser treatments, Emily is dedicated to helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Her warm and gentle demeanor ensures a relaxing and effective treatment experience.

With over five years of experience in the industry, Deja is committed to providing personalized care that makes every client feel seen and valued. Karolina’s journey into the aesthetics industry was inspired by her love for skincare and wellness. With over a decade of experience in hospitality, she brings a personalized and detail-oriented approach to skincare, customizing routines and treatment plans to help clients achieve their beauty goals. Karolina strongly believes in the connection between feeling good on the inside and looking good on the outside. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, cooking, practicing pilates, and staying up-to-date on the latest health and wellness trends.
Olivia Guerrero
Medical Assistant
Olivia’s passion for the medical field began early, inspired by caring for her mom. She earned her CNA Certification in high school and went on to graduate with a B.S. in Health Sciences from North Park University. With experience across various medical specialties, Olivia has developed a deep appreciation for the importance of feeling good inside and out, which sparked her love for aesthetics. An avid foodie and animal lover, Olivia enjoys cooking vegan meals and sharing them with her dog, Buck.
Parker Ulrich
Operations Director
Parker brings extensive experience in operations management to Fulcrum Aesthetics, where he has been instrumental in creating efficiencies and enhancing the patient experience. With a background in managing a Chicago-based salon and spa, Parker’s passion for medical aesthetics drives his commitment to ensuring every patient receives a premium experience. Outside of work, Parker enjoys playing tennis, spending time with his dog Sasha, and surrounding himself with loved ones.

Surgical Coordinator & Medical Assistant
Ewa Wos is the dedicated Surgical Coordinator and a skilled Medical Assistant at Fulcrum Aesthetics, ensuring each patient’s experience is smooth and stress-free. With a strong background in healthcare administration and hands-on medical expertise, Ewa expertly manages all aspects of surgical scheduling, from the initial consultation to the procedure day, handling every detail with care and precision.

Kayla is a Chicago native with five years of experience in the aesthetics field. As a licensed aesthetician, she takes great pride in helping clients achieve their beauty goals and fostering their confidence. Kayla is excited to continue her journey in medical aesthetics by enrolling in nursing school this fall. She looks forward to combining her skincare expertise with advanced medical knowledge to help others look and feel their best.

Angelica joins Fulcrum Aesthetics with a background in chemical engineering and a passion for aesthetics. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Nursing at DePaul University, with the goal of becoming a Nurse Practitioner and board-certified injector. Angelica is dedicated to innovating the world of aesthetics and enjoys playing video games, working out, and listening to sci-fi audiobooks in her free time.
